Having grown up in Taiwan, the birthplace of bubble tea, Eric Ling developed a passion for the product at a very young age. After graduating from Ohio State and pursuing a career leveraging his engineering degree, Eric was inspired to bring the authentic flavors and products of his youth to his community. He has applied his fanaticism for quality, service and process improvement over the past 18 years and Bubbles has developed into a recognized leader in the space serving thousands of fans every day.
